1983 yılında Malatya'da doğdu. 2007 yılında İnönü Üniversitesi Resim-İş Öğretmenliği'nden dereceyle mezun oldu. Anadolu'nun özgün, melankolik estetik algısını, postmodern bir yorumla kişisel tavrına dönüştürürken ait olunan coğrafya algısı bilincinin önemi savunusu ile yol almaktadır. Birçok kişisel sergi açmış olup, ulusal ve uluslararası pek çok karma fotoğraf, grafik ve resim sergilerinde eserleri sergilenmiştir. 2012 yılında bir fotoğrafı National Geographic dergisinde yayınlanmış olup, 2003 yılında ''İTKİB'' moda tasarım yarışmasında ilk 30 finalist arasında yer almıştır. 2. Ordu Tarihi Silahlar ve İç Güvenlik Müzesi'nin tanziminde müzenin anlamını içeren duvar resimleri yapmıştır. Sanatçı, Malatya'da kendi sanat atölyesinde tasarım ve resim çalışmalarını sürdürmektedir.

He was born in Malatya in 1983. In 2007, he graduated with honors from the Arts and Crafts Teacher School of İnönü University. In transforming the original, melancholic aesthetic conception of Anatolia into his personal stance with a postmodern interpretation, he moves forward with the defense of the importance of the awareness about the conception of the geography to which people belong. Fendoğlu has opened a number of solo exhibitions and displayed his works in various group shows of photography, graphic arts, and painting. In 2012, one of his photographs was published in National Geographic; in 2003, he was among the top thirty finalists in the “İTKİB” fashion design competition. During the organization of the Second Army’s Museum of Historic Weaponry and Domestic Safety, he painted murals depicting the importance of the museum. The artist continues to paint and design out of his studio in Malatya.
